Welcome to Warschauer Straße 10
Warschauer Straße 10 is a classic old building from the Wilhelminian era in the popular Berlin-Friedrichshain district between Frankfurter Tor and Oberbaumbrücke not far from Boxhagener Platz.
The multi-family house, built around 1900, has been continuously maintained over the years. Among other things, the attic was expanded for residential purposes in the early 2000s and received a completely new roof structure. The central strands were renovated. At the same time, the bathrooms were renewed and the windows of the bathrooms and kitchens were replaced by double insulating glass windows.
Warschauer Strasse in the ever-popular and very dynamic district of Berlin-Friedrichshain is one of the main arteries in the east of the capital and inspires with a varied range of restaurants, trendy bars and smaller shops.
The closer surroundings of the property offer the perfect opportunity for exuberant summer evenings or spontaneous shopping trips. The regular weekly and flea market at nearby Boxhagener Platz, the secret center of the district, delights the residents of the neighborhood on the weekends and always has one or two surprises in store in addition to fresh local food.
